You must first install MAMP 3.3 or greater in order to install MAMP 4. The only caveat to setting up SSL on your development machine is that you have to define a local server other than localhost (but this is easy to do). Double click on the file “setup_MAMP_MAMP_PRO_4.0.exe” in your Downloads folder.Your database data is located in “C:\MAMP\db”.
